During the day they could give promotions to kids to come to the arcade under a program of re-socializing kids to undo the psychological damage of the lockdowns (an essential upcoming social cause). At night they could function like video game bars which have been very successful here in Chicago (a currently proven business model i.e. Emporium). AMC already has very nice movie theaters across the country, and GME already has tons of video game equipment. If you don't buy at these prices you're missing out on HUGE upside with virtually 0 risks. Basically my logic on ETF long hold strategies is you want the biggest secular trends. QQQM, QQQJ, and SOXX/SM.H for instance gives you a pretty diverse holdings while also being in pretty big secular trends for the next 10 years.

Include ARK etfs if you want on top of those and you should be fine. Past that would be investing internationally more for increased resilience.

Next are the dynamics of the market players, such as index fund investors, active investors, retail traders, etc will all influence prices. You can make money just thinking something is under-hyped versus how it should be or if say indexes move something that shouldn't have been moved that day.

At the end of the day though we are all limited cognitively and you have to have a solid long-term boring strategy foundation that you understand and can rely on while morphing to adapt to short term situations.

For instance your entire portfolio might change shape and be dynamic in construction to "adapt" to conditions. You can make profit and success on portfolio construction strategy alone if it is more adapted to the current situation than otherwise.

There are a million edges possible in the market. Think of it like a teeming ocean and you are one organism in it ( a tiny one). There are actually tons of opportunities but at the same time never fight the "edge" positions like being net short SPY is a bad idea for long periods of time.
