Go to Uniswap, get about 1/2 of what you want to stake in that coin, the other 1/2 in ETH
Pool both coins for liquidity on Uniswap
Choose the pair on bao.finance and deposit the coins
Watch the number grow

There's a lot of shitty coins on this list (most of them paired with ETH) and a few well-known or high-potential ones, as well as yields to them (APY). The APY is your annual return on farming/staking the coin pair listed.
Yield is not cumulative and WILL change over time depending on how many people have staked that pairing. The staking basically creates liquidity for the functions of the coin (synthetic assets), so it's supposed to create an incentive to support pairings with little liquidity.

So say you're investing 1 ETH at a yield of 1000% (or effectively x10). That means if you would stake your ETH for a full year, you'd end up with around 10 additional ETH in BAO as a return after the year. You end up with 5 ETH after 6 months, 2.5 ETH after 3 months, 10/12th ETH after a month, and so on.

There's a catch, though: you will only get 5% of your yield as an immediate payout, the remainder will be paid out in about a year across the following three years so you don't dump the coin to become shit. So in the above scenario, you would only get 0.5 ETH after a year as an immediate payout, then 3 ETH every year after for three years.
That's effectively a 50% immediate return, which is still pretty good (for comparison, AVAX has 10%, ALGO has 6%).

Another catch is impermanent loss. Basically you will get less gains from staked coins if they moon relative to the other paired coin (say if BAO moons but ETH stays stable, you will gain less from the BAO mooning).
