ban/reduce the purchase of stocks/options?

Am looking for a new brokerage after Robinhoods stunt especially when they went after more tickers that weren't even part of the squeeze. I've looked into Fidelity but their site is really boomerish, basically convulted in navigating around. Need confirmation on if they DID NOT limit/ban purchases.
