When you have the address of someone making big buys or sells, put it in Etherscan and look through their ERC20 token transactions. They are just selling in and out of SHIB, you can see the transactions.

If they were smarter thay would not do this on-chain, where it can be easily tracked

Most of what's shilled here are pump and dumps, doesn't mean you can't make some money as long as you don't get greedy and stay too long.
