I think if reddit and 4chan bought up the silver we can push it to $60 or a bit higher. The problem is silver is so wide spread everyone and their cousin already has some. These people outside of our hive mind will not hold and just dump as much as they can without any hesitation, nullifying all of our efforts holding.

GME worked because a small number of hands held a lot of the stock. The same can't happen with physical silver. It's in too many hands.

~3 billion oz of silver in the world, ~6 billion oz on paper (stocks)....7 billion people in the world....

30 million people at 100 oz
15 million people at 200 oz
7.5 million people at 400oz
400z at $30 bucks an oz is only 12k

Too many hands?

The demand for physical silver will only rise in this technical industrial age and it takes literally seconds to buy physical online (right now). I don't think 7.5-30 million people getting in on this is a problem.

JPMC is the supposed largest holder of physical in the world.....I for one would like to see if that's true.

The only reason silver threads arent blowing up on the web is that it's early and silver is still relatively cheap. But since this morning, sites like JM Bullion are running out of stock of 1oz bars.

Get it while you still can. In very little time the price will be out of reach of normies.

The fiat system is collapsing frens. Gold and silver will be king of the hill again soon.

Mathematically it's sound but the tricks they can pull in PM's is ridiculous. Remember that metals were spiked with counterfeit compounds during the ancient days. GME is easy since everyone just values the stock that way. Silver is appraised by ((them)). And Buffet won't let his precious metals be fucked around with.

GME is a special small spot with easy exposure. Silver and any PM is controlled by ((them)) if they choose so.

Not true my big-nosed friend, people with 10 or so ounces maybe. Not long term stackers with thousands of ounces, people are In this until past the financial reset which is coming via the public awakening. I’m prepared for thousands of today’s dollars in purchasing power. Ain’t selling until 1:1 Dow gold ratio or less and under 1:9 gold to silver ratio.

They have already fucked around....they are trading at least twice as much stock as there is bullion. If normies just focus on that alone there is nowhere for the price to go but up. SIlver is absolutely needed, and it is consumed as opposed to recycled in a lot of applications, and there is very little left to be mined.

Again...maybe JBMC really does have as much bullion as they say they do, but I would like to see schools of us small fish make them prove it. I mean...would it really be a shock to anyone if a bank was selling more of something on paper than what they actually had?

The time is right. The price is still right. The price is going up. Get in on the ground floor....there is literally no way to lose with physical silver at current price unless governments start confiscating it from the public, which I admit has happened in the past.

But the population is vast and armed these days....

You’re going to give up some 25-40% of the total possible profit to get in as early as you can with being in the inner circle (in other words if you hear about it on /biz/. isnt there like 200x more paper/digital/imaginary silver compared to physical?

if enough people buy silver wont it cause a problem where there isnt enough real silver to go around and tremendously raise prices when retards with their paper receipts realize they had their chains yanked all this time?

>> No.27126868

The bankers use a derivatives market called the COMEX to manipulate the price of silver. 500 digital ounces of silver are traded back and forth for every real ounce held in the vaults. Equivalent to fractional reserve banking. The banks heavily short silver here. So much so that they would go bankrupt if the physical was taken delivery of. The regulators said when first setting up silver-trading on the COMEX in the 70s that the purpose was to scare off the average investor with suppression and volatility. Don’t let them beat you. Adjusted for inflation, silver should be $966 (ShadowStats).

If you buy silver, only buy either physical coins or if you do go with ETFs, PSLV. DO NOT buy SLV.

PSLV: Run by billionaire silver-bull and banker-killer Eric Sprott, fully audited and backed, with a delivery mechanism at 10,000 ounces for anybody

SLV: Scam with no proven metal, run by JP Morgan, only a few big banks have access, delivery for 500,000 ounces only if you're a big bank, can pay you out in cash in case of a default

If you can't buy PSLV then buy AG (First Majestic Silver). It's the next GME. Support the squeeze on this company which has a 30% short-float. The bankers are trying to punish CEO Keith Neumeyer, who refuses to supply the COMEX.

I think that if wsb and biz kicked it off, and televised the event, that you wouldn't see sellers, you'd see the PM boomers start rushing in to amplify the effect. Eventually this would trigger a normie rush and we would have our squeeze. Worst case scenario big banks dont deliver, which would cause further distrust in the system.

The only way AG can be done is through a bonafide delivery and contract mechanism driving up the Comex contract with longs targeting delivery intent. The scale of this silver shit just seems overwhelming too. It would be something to short bust a low cap like AG but a completely different thing to bust the whole thing. The safe thing about this is you can't lose in the nominal sense. The worst thing that can happen to you as a precious metals owner is the price move up slowly with inflation and you make no money. It's never going to zero. Worst case you parked your fiat in silver and it's dead money. The upside is a modest 2-4x maybe theoretically unlimited or infinite if another coordinated short bust can occur.

I was reading u/deepfuckingvalue and there was not much mention of a coordinated hold amongst redditors. It looked like the hold movement just spontaneously happened recently giving me more doubts about short busting silver.

As a trade it may work, but in a collapse almost all ETFs have a backstop that says you get settled amd that likely means in an untimely manner that could eat profits or the ETF just declares somekind of insolvency. These stopgaps are written into the ETF prospectus. I’m not sure of the details of PSLV. I think it may be a Sprott product though.

It wouldn't work in my mind because physical ownership of silver takes actual transportion/storage and the extra layers of voodo to it. Normies won't rally to it like the flash in the pan that is GME. There isn't a 'next Gamestock' event waiting in the wings. This whole fiasco has spooked/crashed the card house closer to sanity.
