It's not vaporware like a lot of other projects - they have working products. instant trades are pretty self explanatory. You put in ETH after connecting your metamask and you get RBC or other coins.
Book trades aren't worth doing right now but could be in the future, it's just not enough people selling RBC with them.
Book trades require the buyer to put up the eth or whatever coin, then the seller also needs to put it up, then the book trade will execute once both sides are filled.
