You need an equal value of ETH/RBC to add liquidity. People that pool on uniswap from early Feb to March/April/May will get bonus RBC depending on how long they pooled and the initial pool amount. You can lose liquidity/value of your pooled investment though if the prices diverge too much.

For the amount you have, i wouldn't do it, would be cheaper/best for you to just HODL.
