Clearing house is the place 95% stocks are cleared worldwide (monopoly, I know, you're shocked). Usually, the house asks from hedgies ~ 2% from the stock value to clear. Recent days, it is asking 100% to clear particular stocks!!! One of the reasons why platforms are limiting, because platforms need to raise cash, because platform can't forward the stock to the house to get it sold if house asks >300$ for a stock!!
