Already happened. Tons of 1 star reviews that got removed, and then thousands of users withdrew their money and left the platform.

The problem is that robinhood also invests money held by users. So, it was effectively a bank rush.

But who the fuck cares about reviews? People already know what robinhood is and whether or not they want to use it. If they see a bunch of 1-star reviews they'll just think "ah probably people are salty about the gamestop shit" and then download it anyway.
