Just wanted to clarify, many projects create tokens and use those funds to make the product. Rigel delivered a product before the launch; work had begun in November and earlier if you check their medium page.

Rubic is only listed on uniswap and their rubic exchange. Rigel is listed Uni, Bilaxy, Bithumb, their own Rigel exchange obviously and seems to be heading on its way to more exchanges.

There are already big youtubers who have peeped this project, and probably more in the works.

Based off the tokenomics alone; this project makes more sense than any random ERC20 token people trade around like M&M's
