I have a 320C that I bought on Wednesday that expires today, i bought it for 10k. Both times i've tried to sell it for a profit, RH didnt fulfill my order.

Should I cut my losses and take the 7k hit and re-buy shares for the squeeze that will happen monday (allegedly) or wait it out and let RH sell it for me 1h before close? (I know, trusting RH ever again)

The truth is that there is no strict "limit". They can wait for as long as they want - with each passing day, interest accrues. I think this interest is 2 points above prime, which doesn't sound like much, but on big money this is a lot. There is a clause in their loan contract that says the lender can demand them to close at any point, but in practice this rarely happens because it decreases faith in the lender.

Ultimately, after today, they bleed money each day they fail to close their accounts, so it's in their best interests to close as soon as possible, preferably before the market close today. However, with people refusing to sell below arbitrary thresholds (yes, they are arbitrary, but in this case there's sound reasoning for arbitrarily high sell limits) they essentially can't close because they can't buy enough volume, and there aren't enough stocks available to simply buy and close at $current_price.
