If you are really worried about being scammed, go to a reputable dealer and buy it physical, sure you will have to pay a premium above spot, but then you will have a nice pile of rounds.

Silver is a pretty poor investment ngl. It's a meh jewlery metal, an uncertain industrial metal and a volatile investment. I wouldn't touch until the price drops at least a 1/3rd.
