It's a shitcoin connected to polkadot which promises to do everything that AAVE, YFI, 1INCH and a few others do.
Basically just another shitcoin, which also can't stick to their timeline. Was considering buying, but didn't because of those reasons. since it is cross-chain I think it uses their own chain, crossing to others to find the best prices, at lower gas fees
