They are just being used as useful idiots. They think they are fighting the man by playing into their games. Its easy to control most humans when you activate their emotions whether it be fear, anger, jealousy, etc.

New regulations and laws will be passed to "protect the little guy" and these regulations and laws will erode away more freedom and thus lowering opportunity to create wealth.
Of course this will all go unnoticed as it always does and the populace will be subdued with their emotion based narrative.. as always.

This so much. Threads would stay on for 1.5 days without any bumps - it was glorious. We would talk about business opportunities, our experiences running companies or being landlords. It was a really useful and serious board. Then the cryptoshit started and took over everything. The quality steeply declined into meme-city as incels and /pol/tards seeped in and shitposting became the norm.
/biz/ used to be my home board for months before it all went to shit. I do miss it as well.

I designed the contest winning banner, btw. By then the decline was already obvious but somehow I still had hope for the board and made a self-deprecating banner from a place of love. I guess it was already too late. Just mentioning penny stocks was basically wishful thinking as 95% of threads were only about crypto and crypto scams.
