I think it was created by a single autist. The fees you see there are the amount that has been distributed to those in the pool so far. Bear in mind the pool has only been in existence since wrapped Statera was created at the start of the month.
As an example - at a 40% APY - if you pooled $10k at the start of the year, you'll finish the year with $14k.
And that doesn't take into account the fact that the price of the coins is likely to increase over the course of the bullrun. It's a double whammy.
