They've been slowly banning Verizon Wireless IP ranges throughout CA since this summer. I'm a delivery person and slowly but surely they've got rid of my favorite shitposting spots. First It was smallish towns with only a couple blocks of IP's, then one or two ranges in major cities, and now it's image bans and near complete range bans in big cities. I can never get an unbanned IP in LA or surrounding counties.
