Not allowed in NY. NY is one of the most restrictive states for crypto.
Only options for NYers for decent exchanges are Coinbase and Gemini, which also limits the category of coins one can buy in NY.
I don't know how and why Robinhood allows NYers to buy dogecoin, but Keemstar lives in buffalo says he bought and sold dogecoin for a profit and has yet to see a dime of it.
