There are new opportunities monthly easily. Mostly the trick is to understand the DD and to be ready to hodl for a year or two before seeing the gains. When the threads are afire with OOOOOOOOs, or everyone's shilling a specific stock that's moving, it's not too late yet, but it's a later entry than you'd like. If you're already in and it's not likely to go back to breakeven or worse, it's a good place to buy a call if you believe it's moving up more.
Also, just because a meme is down 10-20% doesn't mean it's time to cut losses, if the DD still checks out it's still a hold. If the DD was shit and the company doesn't have a clear path to bankruptcy going forward, it's going to reach breakeven or better soon enough if you hold anyway.
BBBY, TR, AMC are not real opportunities anyway, they're sympathy plays. This is more complicated and not really worth talking about much.
NOK is technically a value play (so is BB), but it got sympathy (so did BB). They're still both good choices if you believe their respective theses.

To put that more simply a run on the exchanges and bullion banks to cash in the paper contracts for real physical metal would cause a 88x short squeeze, and they have so little physical metal it would only take one or two large orders for the comex to be completely empty.

Understand this: More gold is traded every week than has ever been mined in all of human history!
