We already know that's not happening. Interactive Brokers CEO already confessed in a CNBC interview that $500+ would chain-route the markets with margin calls and that's why they stopped accepting any buys.

Too late now since they used today to settle and prepare. It's over and retail investors are not going to hold for another month to try and squeeze the new shorts.
