As far as I understand, the 140% is an estimate - hopefully a good one. It's being slowly updated - saw a different 100% figure today.

Ally bank is completely down for me, no matter what link or part of the website I try to access. I can't transfer anything from Ally to Robinhood. Ally has specifically blocked this from happening.
