how and where can I sell a 0day exploit for a small couponing app? It allows account hijacking. Don't want to give too many details but yeah. Looking to make some crypto off of this. I've tried reporting it like a good person and I was ignored

Post on social media groups (Reddit, twitter) in capital letters saying you found an exploit and are looking for the bug bounty and can't find on their website.
Do not describe the mechanism but explain the risks to using the apps.
