Just treat them like people. I'm very good at interviews because i became so comfortable that each interview ends up feeling like a conversation between strangers.
I try to make them laugh and tell stories. Any question that actually is relevant to the job can be answered quickly, there's plenty of people who can do your job, they're filtering you as a person, so pepper it with feelgood stories or humorous ones (that don't make you look bad).
Being liked is more important than your skills, unfortunately.
