I had $200 to put it but caught wind of GME too late. So, why not grab like 20~ shares of AMC and roll the dice? If big spenders want to go for GME, I encourage it. I'm just looking at the best option for me.

I'd go for GME. GME is much more over sold, while AMC just looks better from a buyer's perspective because it's cheaper (i.e., smooth brain strategy).

also just a side question, they say that GME is shorted 130%. when they turn in the stocks do they have to give actual stocks or just market value. even if stocks were worth zero it feels they are fucked. but I'm a retard so idk.

The squeeze will force the shorts to buy en masse. Their contracts expire Friday. So on Friday they need to buy 140% of the available shares at whatever the market price is at that time. That will create enormous buy pressure and send the price up. So no, it's not too late.
