If you have the money to exercise the option, in your case $450, it will automatically exercise it and you'll have 100 shares of AMC to do whatever you want with. If you don't have the buying power, it's automatically sold for whatever it's worth at closing.

Most people here don't exercise options, they buy OTM options in the hopes that the value of reselling the option climbs above what they paid for it and they just resell the option to someone else. If you don't know what you're doing, you should just be buying stocks until you learn what greeks and trading strategies are because eventually, you're going to get bamboozled by someone with a nice looking meme write up and buy options that will never be in the money.
