Back in 2017 and 2018, there were a few anons here who knew of a name for Bitcoin before it came into existence, a name for Bitcoin 1 or 2 years or so prior to 2008. What was that? I'm NOT thinking of "Bitgold" by the way. It's something else. Outside of /biz/ basically nobody knew about it. It wasn't something one would easily happen to come across. It was only briefly mentioned in a certain document I think.

Even on /biz/ very few of us knew about it and it was almost never brought up. But a few people here, including me, knew about it. But I forgot it. And I forgot the context, where it appeared. It might have been in some obscure and old paper written by Craig.
