50% is generous. There have been studies where over 400 TA indicators have been tested for performance. Only 7 of the 400 tested indicators were marginally better than a coin flip.

Sure, whatever, but if you want to know a good entry point for riding a counter-trend, fib retracement is useful. I personally do this and it works if you space out your entry points over the lines, and don't get too greedy because its normally not a permanent reversal
