thats called in the money option. it doesnt decay as much as out of the money (ie $20 call on a stock thats $15). it almost as if you are holding the underlying stock, but you dont have to put up that much money upfront (you buy 1 contract that gives you the right to purchase 100shares), and you can get more gains than holding the individual stock.

CLF is a steel company in Cleveland OH. A call is an agreement made to pay $x for a stock on date Y in the future (essentially a bet that the stock's price will go up between now and Y). It is a transaction done in the traditional stock market. The thing being purchased/accumulated (CLF) is a share of ownership in the above mentioned steel company. It can't be sent to metamask wallet, because it is a stock, and metamask wallet only stores ERC-20 cryptocurrency tokens.
