If i want to sent $500 to my friend even in the same country, from separate banks you are looking at 3 - 5 business days, and if it is on a week end forget it.

Global Debit: This is sitting around 215 Trillion, when payments are made weather it is Govs paying other Govs, or payments made to your credit cards or home loans. The receiving end will want to get their money asap, as well as the sending party as the longer it takes the more interest it occurs. Traditional ways are too slow and cost to much.

Global Real Estate: We are currently sitting around $217 trillion, Commercial property, offices, residential, industrial estates e.c.t.

Real Estate changes hands daily, from bank to bank, businesses to business, person to person. In reality property never moves but the money does. If you were able to settle quicker the amount you would save on property interest is huge.

there is a reason I call myself the QR fag. i want to save my encrypted key into a QR code, then hide that QR code in an image, then rar and further encrypt said image. that way i have a portable and secure file that i could save on the cloud incase i lose my actual paper.
i know that forgetting the methods or variables is always a possibility but it would be really easy to write down the methods and clues in another file or just make a memorable sequence an back that up in plain sight aswell.
alternatively you could use a simple stack of methods but the phrase is easy to put in a clue.

Pretty much. They don't realize how quickly money disappears when you just start spending like it's monopoly money. I've always been good about saving, but I had a brief look at what life as a spendthirft was like when I got my first big, really big, bump in pay and a job that allowed me to spend what I wanted. It was eye opening and it reinforced my tendency to save.

I plan on owning two moderate sized, but well appointed homes. One to live in most of the year and the other to serve as a vacation home. Both of them together will not add up to more than 15% of my total wealth and are in areas that will make them easy to afford maintenance.

I'll likely pick up a few other rental properties, in areas I don't mind visiting, so I can travel on the cheap and use that travel as a tax writeoff.
