i use metamask, so you add custom token

get the contract address from coingecko and paste it into metamask. the other two boxes should autofill

Have you ever tried 1inch, it's slightly more user friendly. And doesn't seem to spike up as fast, but not sure about that. Never had a failed transaction there which could cost you a lot now.
