How the fuck do I buy RBC without paying like $50 in network """fees"""

How do I avoid getting scammed before I even know if I get scammed again?

yeah unlike you I don't have a few thousand spare dollars to put into random coins.
I currently have $400 in ETH sitting in MetaMask and paying 1/8 to turn those into RBC can' be the only option, right?

Its likely due to high network traffic.
I suggest using rubics own exchange at
Rubic.exchange.
The rates are comparable if not a little cheaper than uniswap was for me at the times I bought.
Rates will be even lower in the future.

Also anon this is the exact problem rubic is attacking.
Hence why it has value.
