Number 1 Tip: do not get married and start a family until you're in your 30s, closer to 40.
The likelihood that your 20something self will fuck up selecting a good mate is too high, then you're looking at potentially losing half of all your shit and only getting "visitation rights" to your children while shelling out alimony and child support for 18-21 years or more
Getting married before you stop dickthinking so much is the most surefire way for a young man to fuck his wealth up for the rest of his life.
