Yes. Specifically leaps mean the next year or later...so for instance I'm buying slightly OTM 2022 calls. Then when they go ITM I'll sell and buy slightly more OTM calls (since the rate of return will be highest when they're slightly OTM). Yeah sure, so if by expiration the stock price is below the call's strike price, the option contract will expire worthless. You only want to hold to expiration if the call goes ITM and you plan on executing the call. Remember too the closer you get to expiration the more the option value decays. This is an example of why normies shouldn't into science.

1. This study used ThermoDox only, without any other therapies. usually there are adjuvant therapies.

2. The exact same study showed that people who get treated with thermodox live 2 years longer than control, after a single treatment and no other adjuvants.

3. The new study they are about to report results on uses thermodox IN ADDITION TO the adjuvant treaments that patients would get in a normal course of treatment, unlike the first study of ThermoDox alone. This eliminates the dangers inherent in testing thermodox ALONE, which, DESU, as a scientist, I cannot fathom why they did this in the first place.

I mean, it's good to know that ThermoDox alone results in an average of 2 years more of life for those who survive, but like any treatment, all other normal modes of treatment should have also been provided, and I would never have agreed to taking an experimental treatment ONLY, as a condition of being a patient in the study. The newest study corrects that deficiency in the design of the first study, but we KNOW ThermoDox works better than any other cancer treatment for liver cancer in existence, for survivors.
