Taxable on profit basis, and if you have the transaction logs you should be able to calculate the cost and profit from the event. Pretty sure gas fees and such either count towards the cost of the purchase or are straight up business expense, too.

LMFAO i did some digging and found a dev(?) answering why someone would use band instead of link and he admitted there’s literally no benefits besides not being on the eth network. but of course fails to tell anyone link is blockchain agnostic: it is not limited to eth because when eth dies it will already be active on every other blockchain.
