4chan creates a corporation

Hello /biz/, today we are creating a corporation with the intention of one day buying 4chan, and/or a 4chan island/sovereign nation. We are looking for individuals who would be interested in working with us to found the corporation.
Through a law created in 2012, we are legally allowed to do an offering and sell shares of a private corporation through crowdfunding methods. We are using this law to fund a corporation that anons can buy into at the ground floor without being accredited investors.
To stay true to the site, public sale shares will be capped, so no one individual can push through mergers or hostile takeovers. This will allow every anon on the site to have equal shareholder votes over the future of the company, and will stop any bad actors, such as organized government agencies, from capturing the business.
If you are interested, please post! People who are actually motivated to join the board and work alongside me and other anons in actually getting the corporation started will recieve their share of the corporation for free, this could turn out to be a very profitable side hustle for all of us on the site! This corporation will allow every anon on this site to have ownership in the site itself, and a stake in the culture we've all created.

You can buy in. We would vote in corporate provisions to put basically everything to shareholder vote, so when we do acquire the site any changes made need to go to vote. This would be done before the crowdsale, so that if anons are being shady we could just start a new corporation and kick them from the board

Honestly if you come up with a cryptocoin that proves I have ownership, without me having to go through a crowd funding startup deal, then I'm in in a heartbeat. Otherwise, it seems to much risk in reducing my anonymity, and it seems like you are attempting to pool money together for a startup which I oppose.
