I have really weak hands
Every time I read new fud about one of the coins I'm holding I feel an extreme need to sell them, I feel that dread of being making a huge mistake that I will always regret.
Every time I read about a new coin that I'm not holding I feel extreme FOMO and start doubting my coins and thinking that I should buy those instead.
When I see a new early shitcoin I feel this need to buy, but once I'm holding it it's like it's burning in my hands.
How do I fix my brain?

Trade on a seperate computer. Load a wallet with some middle to long term investments and walk away. Check the market as little as possible.
