Well then, you just learned a very valuable lesson in backups and safety.
I don't understand why you need a web3 project, there are tonnes of decentralized databasing options on the market from every major player. There's also distributed open source key-value stores that you can set up yourself on some rented servers, but the fact that you got into this mess doesn't give me high hopes about your competency.
