Friends tell me they "read on twitter that bitcoin is a bad investment." So, maybe don't buy until you see the masses start being more comfortable.

The fact is, if you went to a random person on the street (and you're not in the Bay area where everyone is tech) and asked them what bitcoin is, they'd probably laugh and tell you something vague.

So it's either a good time to get in, or it's a huge bubble waiting to burst and prices will plummet and then you can buy in and wait for people to know bitcoin for realz.
