Here's my plan.
>Buy a basic house that I can mostly pay off immediately
>Save every penny not spent on existing to invest
>This gets me to million dollar status in the next 3 years assuming the market stays based
>Start buying investment properties
>Use the income from those to pay living expenses and grow my investment
>Retire at 40
