Do you even know what you are reading with that insider ownership data? None of the transactions posted indicate he cutting losses. You are basically trying to parse out data which came from end of year sell offs and trying to interpret that as insider dumping shares to exit.
You need to spend more time understanding how insider transaction history should be interpreted, especially end of year transactions.
