This has been my aim as well. If anything, the transaction speed and interoperability of XRP are its most valuable aspects. Approach investment in technology based on the quality of the technology, not its price. Flare.finance will also be providing an airdrop for FLR holders (dFLR) 1 month after the launch of the Flare Networks Mainnet. I haven't seen too many people talking about this, but it's all over the twitter FLR community. Picrel.

Ultimately, I can see XRP not being easy to trade for direct conversion into a widely accepted digital asset or fiat. My personal belief is that the value of XRP will be derived from the services that run on its ledger. If, I'm wrong and XRP is easily convertible to a widely accepted asset, then reinvestment will be my personal goal. Compound, compound, compound.

minable coins like btc/monero/etc. are all sources of funds of iran and NK and they can sell to p2p networks, they are not desirable over non-minable ones
so the regulations are coming to coins that can "fund terrorism" (can be mined, and sold p2p)
