Opinions on it? Is it the right time? Any sources to understand it better?

inflation will set in and poors will buy ps5 with it while I will invest. Poors will get poorer and I will get richer even though people don't realise it. UBI is anarcho capitalistic utopia.

overall based.

You would think, but they'll implement such high taxes on any additional income that you will live a marginally better life than the neo-serfs who have nothing but the right to allocate their UBI to a subscription of a service provided by our new corporate lords.

Why don’t they just provide universal basic living items(food/shelter/medical) and not raw dollars.

I mean, if you have everything you need to survive without fear, then you can focus on accruing money to do something productive (business or whatever)

>> No.26272689

Printing money does not magically create more goods and resources. I'd expect the social unrest to only get worse, and you'd see never-ending demands for increases in the amount of UBI along with calls for price ceilings. Good news for bitcoin though, at least until the wealth taxes.

Stimmies are just UBI 1.0
It’s not stopping and they’ll either wreck the USD in one fell swoop I,e staying on course or like another anon pointed out in this thread they’re going to tax us on everything even harder including investments, unrealized gains tax is an example (‘makes no fucking sense either)

Just said the same thing to my wife. At the very least just cover healthcare if you're going to dish out 1k a month. My healthcare for both of us is 500/month, and employer pays about 800. So that's 650 per person for basic healthcare coverage. Add up the out of pocket expenses its easily 1000 per month each. Employers can also stop trying to sell you on benefits being part of your compensation
