Will you just mine whatever is most profitable on whattomine? What do you think will happen... will ETC pump? What do minerbros. I want to dump $50k into rigs and I finally have the perfect location for them with commercial electric rates but I don't know how much longer the ride will last.

Yeah, maybe in Iraq... I don't have the luxury of free electricity but I'm still making a fantastic ROI above and beyond my electric costs. $15/day in electric to make $90/day in ETH isn't a bad deal at all. I've had these same rigs running since 2017.

I'm using 8GB Rx580s and phoenix miner... getting avg 31/mh although some are better than others. mine have modded bios, but if I were starting over I'd use amd memory tweaker instead (does the same thing without flashing bios)

that's probably beyond what I'm willing to put in atm. trying to fly under the radar to take advantage of my landlord not charging me utilities. if I spike his electric bill he'll be knocking at the door.
currently running a tweaked 3080, can get 90-100/mh @ 285w, but will definitely need to improve efficiency.
might look into some 3060ti's, a pair should be able to do 130/mh+ @ 300w, which would be slightly better than 4 rx580s

Yeah, I'd be running amd 5600 or 5700s if I was buying hardware now.... the rx580s aren't that efficient compared to the new shit but they're long paid for so I just keep them running. bought new thermal paste and thermal pads... going to go through them and replace to hopefully get another couple years of of them
