I think so. There are a lot people out there who wish they would have bought bitcoin when it was 20k, 15k, 10k, 5k, and so on. If ETH makes it to 2k it may get more media attention and hopefully people will FOMO in to ETH.

Imagine Ethereum being in the majority of main headlines instead of bitcoin. There's so much room for it to grow. Once your mom starts talking about Ethereum, we will have hit it's 2017 bitcoin equivalent bullrun with it as #1 instead of #2. Flippening is only a matter of time. I'm so glad I got in early since I missed out on bitcoin.

I made a nice chunk of change with ETH (bought at 80 and sold at 1200), but I’m putting all that into Link now.

Link has more potential in terms of % in the next few years than anything else in the top 10.

I usually use coinbase b/c it's fastest for me, but I suggest you don't buy ETH at all when it's this high unless you're going to swap it for low market cap coins with potential to moon. Telling you this is against my self interest of course because I need more people fomoing into ETH.
