I have $15000, I spent $10k on LINK at $12 during the post-SEC Ripple scare, and have sat on my $5k left. I want to buy AVAX, but I live in NY and can't buy on Binance. I'm told use a VPN, but have no idea if that works.

Otherwise, what else can you shill me on? Can I still buy AVAX? If not probably just going to spend the $5k on ETH and BTC
