That's what I'd do at this point. Wait for the market to dump and for SOXL to drop a good 50% or so. It'll happen. Of course SOXL may go to $1000 before that happens and if it does so be it. I'd still wait. When you get in on the dump, ride it back to all time high then have a trailing stop somewhere under the trend. If it breaks the trend wait for the next dump to get back in. If you get stopped out and it turns back around and goes up then get back in and set a new stop. Wash rinse repeat
