2. If you wish to help friends or family, you cannot do so with advice. Advice is your biggest enemy, you dont know people's mentality and how they will act upon such advice. Telling someone to go in on something with a portion of their savings without them knowing how the game is played will ALWAYS end up in disaster. It's shit, but the only way you will ever be able to help is to just make even more money. It is all on you.
3. Avoid helping if at all possible. If you help someone, they will be sure to mention you, they will catch wind of you and what you own short of someone you can trust 100%, and even then.
4. Don't live life lavishly until you have a good coverstory (see job in part 1). Do not buy a new car. Do not get a rolex. Do not get any form of status symbol if you don't want people scheming to take what is yours. I have 700k and I still drive my shitty 1998 Toyota Camry.
