1) Wait till it gets around .3 or low .4
2) Buy big
3) Wait
4) Watch it get around .6-.7 or higher
7) Watch carefully now
8) Spot downtrend
9) Dump everything and take your profits
10) Wait
11) Buy at .3-.4
12) Repeat
You'll make money easy. Note this works for all shitcoins. I think GRT will eventually be worth something, but right now it hasn't caught on.

Gotcha. On the note of thinking longer term-- while I do remember the $1-$3 hell of LINK, now it feels quite distant and that we've come a long way, with still a ways to go. You're welcome. Also note that the price can suddenly dive from what looked like a solid accumulation period too. Don't let me give you the impression that it's some fool proof way to beat the market, it's just a generally good view. But take a look at the BTC chart from the previous cycle. It went up to $20, then crashed to $10k and eventually landed around $6.5k (the place I have marked out in the pic). You'd think that would be a great place to accumulate. But look what happened next.
That's why the secret is doing your research and only buying assets you really believe in. I was accumulating at $6.5k. When it dived to $4k I went "wohoo!" and doubled my buing pace. When it later went back up, I could accumulate more slowly and once it passed $10k I pushed in what cash I had left at the time and haven't bought more since.

I have the video linked earlier about GRT, and maybe too soon to say but I THINK it's making more sense than the others. GRT is giving off similar hype train vibes, which at the very least I know is because of the tech behind it. While I'm not 100% in love with it yet, it definitely stands a chance. Alright, good we're on the same page then. I just have to remember for future reference, it's really not even the dips that lead to freak outs as much as stagnation. Then not let them get to me.

Good news boys.
The dump is over.
Hope you got in cheap because we're going to .90 by noon today.

It's like buying a stock that gives dividends (although you don't have to "stake" your stock for the dividends), you get passive income in the form of a part of the GRT that customers pay to run queries on the graph network. That is, you will end up with more and more GRT over time. Estimates are around 6% yearly (so if you stake 100 GRT, after a year you'd have 106 GRT).

See the crabbing as your opportunity to keep buying more given some fixed income stream (such as your salary).
One reason you see crypto whales spreading negative rumors (FUD) around coins that they own is that they want to prolong the accumulation period so they have time to buy more.

Doesn’t matter how autistic you are unless you’ve got insider information. Your autism you won’t preempt a whale deciding to make a move, the team releasing something out of the blue or one of the exchanges deciding to go down with stop losses even failing to activate in some cases.

I will make a stupid question, this is not based on the price of grt at the moment, right?
if now, for every 100 gives 6, if GRT is 2$ for example, it will still give 6 for 100? no matter the GRT price?

Thanks for posting these. I'm trying to delegate, but I've been stuck on "approving funds" for a while now, doesn't seem to go through no matter what I do... Any idea what could be up?

It's all subject to change, from what I could tell. They have a 'Council' that will make determinations on the economy (with community input) and make changes later down the track if necessary.

That was actually the plan when it was stuck in the rut of 31-35 cents. Sell it and wait for it to dip again, yet here we are. And yeah, stuff like pic related certainly helped me realize that FUD comes from people who own the very coins they spread dissent about. (Reading the wall of text isn't needed to understand the rest.)

It's getting a little late desu, but I'll check it out now. This feels like taking the next stepping stone in the process-- going from "line go up and down" to actually peaking behind the scenes, even if it's a bit daunting with all the jargon.

Well there's no guarantees about how much rewards you'll get, the indexers are free to change those terms over time, but they have to compete for your delegation GRTs, so they'll try to give good returns.
Now, if the GRT token became very expensive, the idea would still be to keep queries to the network cheap, so a query would cost fewer and fewer GRT, meaning the indexers would earn fewer (but more valuable) GRT, so there would be fewer GRT to share with you. However, there's also the 3% annual inflation of newly minted coins, which are distributed to indexers (and thus delegators), so there is some minimum amount of full GRT tokens you could expect to get, regardless of the price indeed.

> trustless
that's not so "just". It's a hitherto missing piece of the puzzle, just like the reason Chainlink is different from competitors all lie in the "trustless" part. Or, if you like, as a synonym, "actually decentralized".
