I've been trying it for a week with small amounts and making money but I think I'm doing it wrong.
If I wanted to swing avax and short it. I'd transfer avax to my isolated AVAX/USDT wallet then margin sell AVAX on the borrow option. Then when the price has gone done I buy AVAX with the repay option.
Is this correct? Why would I use the cross margin option if the isolated margin allows me 10x leverage (except for less risk, is the interest lower so you can make longer term trades?). Do I need both AVAX and USDT in the isolated margin account as collateral to lower fees?
