26165050 No.26165050 [Reply] [Original]

been researching this but still unsure about where the real opportunity is - is buying the STA token where the greatest potential returns are (say if it moons to over $1b mcap), or is it really in the phoenix/delta liquidity pools? not ready to get into providing liquidity at the moment but just wondering if holding STA alone defeats the purpose. thanks!

>> No.26165448

>>26165050
WSTA/STA pool is basically 100% risk free. It has smaller returs and you have to make 3 transactions which will cost you 2.5% of the supply but you will make those back in less than a month.

>> No.26165468

holding doesn't really defeat the purpose per se, but it definitely isn't optimal

>> No.26165660

>>26165468
is holding STA still a typical moon opportunity as LINK etc were, since it's such a low mcap (~$10m), or is the way the token by itself works not meant to grow in market cap like other projects?

>> No.26165969

>>26165660
The token itself will gain considerable value, yes. Also bear in mind that as volume increases, the token will burn faster, decreasing supply, and actually lowering overall marketcap. But the token itself with gain considerable value, yes.

Holding is fine. Pooling just maximizes your profit. Also, if you pool in WSTA/STA pair you will be 100% in STA. You will be basically holding STA and earning more.

>> No.26166283

>>26165969
that makes sense. so since mcap goes down as supply decreases, but price should remain the same, seems like maybe there's even more opportunity for returns than a typical coin if you hold due to this deflationary pressure. unless the marketcap will stay relatively "stable" due to this burning and make it perpetually seem artificially like a low marketcap coin, and i'm misunderstanding?

If demand is constant or increases when the supply decreases, price will go up. The market cap will not decrease because of the burn, the total supply will decrease.

I was just making the point that irrespective of price increase per token, the act of burning tokens does technically lower marketcap. we can all agree price is gonna outpace burn and mcap will continue to rise

Wrapping sta is so it can be pooled in Balancer and other pools that don't support deflationary assets. Wrapped sta does not burn when it is traded, so the burn is isolated to when sta is wrapped and unwrapped

stanos just lets you have a diversified portfolio while making fees, infinity makes you less fees but lets you have 100% exposure to sta going up/going down. so its really up to you, im currently 80/20 in infinity/delta but once sta hits a certain price i will start dca-ing into stanos

DCAing into Stanos is the way go. Don't pool everything at once and you will keep the impermanent loss in check. Trying to time the top to pool will only lead to missed opportunities and frustration.

roughly the same amount. wsta is almost equal to sta, since its being bought up in the stanos pool and rising in price, and then sold to buy sta in the infinity pool. i think i pooled a bit more sta than wsta when i was pooling, but its not a big difference

No one knows. Pooling is safer and the core idea to why statera works. There has never existed anything like statera. It works only because of tokenomics and nothing else. It's like bitcoin but it's not, no one's behind it and no news need to happen just because of the way it works but at the same time it's nothing like it since it's deflationary as opposed to pseudo-inflationary.

This token is pure cow shit. Sorry but it will remain at these cents forever. It's been declared a stablecoin by the cryptocurrency authorities.

Price is dead. Volume is laughable. Exchanges are missing. Enjoy getting scammed.

John is causing this rally. He’s currently buying up all of the supply as he said in order to insert all tokens into a ledger which will then be destroyed. This will cause pools to be illiquid and will kill off the project slowly.
