Can some good soul recommend me a reliable/trustworthy exchange to buy&hold api3?

I don't trust any of them asian exchanges,.. but api3 is not available anywhere else

Any advice much appreciated!

Use uniswap if you are not going to cause large slippage. If you are, then wait for higher liquidity during a pullback. You risk missing the boat that way though.

Forgot to mention, you should be using a hardware wallet that interfaces with something like metamask to do swaps on uniswap, you're being a dumb dumb keeping your crypto on any exchange for any considerable period of time.

most of the exchanges listed under coingecko/api3/markets are OK for trades under $1k, however transfer it to your wallet after the trade. also, check the spread (difference between buy/sell) and volume before you deposit. if you are buying for $1000++ then use uniswap.
